Just curious, have you considered installing the R calipers on your V8? There's a whole thread I was reading on its retrofit to the XC90:

Juice isnt really worth the squeeze with having to hack up the rear dust shield, plus the weird bolt sizing difference and spacers and all that. I am just going to get good pads and rotors for the stock system.

What year? Looking for an updated center console, just the main plastic piece, don't care for the cupholder/armrest as I have good parts for those.
