Valentine's Day is this month, so be sure to give your Volvo some love as the days start to get longer.
Yes sir. Funnily enough it was imported at Port Hueneme which is less than five miles away from us.Was this the one in Colorado? Great deal if so.
XC70's are still selling in the low 20's over here but with mileage pushing 100k.
No thanks!

The spinning globe on the landing page is appealing, but it zoomed me into a sermon station. This site is pretty cool, tap into radio from all over the planet

Ha, cant say I was listening to that when I copied the link (weird). It amazes me how many stations in foreign countries have dedicated 80's US/UK music playing. The spinning globe on the landing page is appealing, but it zoomed me into a sermon station.
Weird. They made V8Rs with halogens?Used to haul laundry to the laundromat and bleach spilled?

Looks like Barents to me. Nice sport seats too. Who the hell needs that many keys?Oh, I like this sedan more than I should. Is it really Barents? Seems too green. Also, five fĂĽcking keys??? What crazy person owned this vehicle?

All of my presets are NPR lol.isn’t the joke that the first pre-set on every Volvo is NPR? 🤪
Yeah, I almost bought one in FL very similar to this when I was going through one of my "gotta have a V8 before they're all gone" phases, lol.Weird. They made V8Rs with halogens?

Depends on how the photo is coded/hosted. Most of the time you can just press and hold to get a copy action, then go back to the SS post and paste. If you get one that won’t play nice, you can screenshot it and then insert but that takes a little more effort. It depends on my mood in that moment when that happens.I did post it, didn't include the pics. How does one do that on a phone lol

You can still go old school and manually write the BB Code.Depends on how the photo is coded/hosted. I either download the pic(s) or screenshot it, then attach it.I did post it, didn't include the pics. How does one do that on a phone lol

Tapatalk on my phone kind of sucks, but the mobile website is also not super user friendly so choose your poison
That's why a lot of my posts have low res screen shots
For reference I'm 42ish, I have a few local radio stations saved and being in a large metro area there are options, and the big rock station has good personalities on it, but 99% of the time I stream from my phone (and yes I still have a few cd's in the car).I wonder if it's a generational thing, I absolutely hate radio (the commercials, the radio jingles, the constant loop of the same dozen songs). So does just about everyone my age that I know, it's music streaming apps and podcasts. Is it the commentary that makes it for you? I am genuinely curious, maybe I need to open up more and try listening to the radio again (still don't have a GROM for the V70).
Man, I really miss good college radio stations! Living in the Boston area in the later 80s they were prolific. Brandeis, Harvard, MIT, UNH and Framingham State were all great stations! Actually WDJM was my favorite! We have a station like that out of Fordham University in the Bronx, WFUV.
I can't get the station at home unless I play it through the Sonos. But if I'm ever driving in western CT I tune in.

+1 I've been listening to some cool ones based out of Germany and Denmark on my Replaio app. It's neat because they will play songs that were 80s hits there that I really never had any exposure to. So instead of hearing the same 80s song for the five billionth time, it keeps it fresh within the same sound/style!It amazes me how many stations in foreign countries have dedicated 80's US/UK music playing.
I force the desktop site on my phone lol.I either download the pic(s) or screenshot it, then attach it.

I could never even figure out how to find a thread on taptalk. 90% of my SS usage is on a real computer so that fixes a lot of the UX problems with posting photos and in general.
I've never even tried Tapatalk. Never saw the appealAbsolutely, for a generic post here tapatalk works, but for my bigger threads that require formatting and information I make sure to use my laptop/computer
I bought tapatalk pro or something years ago, so it's just always been on my phones, but of all the Volvo forums, only Swedespeed is even supported
My only two presets are NPR. WHYY while at this half of home and WYPR while at the other half near work.Edit: Also, isn’t the joke that the first pre-set on every Volvo is NPR? 🤪
100% this. Only use my work laptop for SS and sometimes my tablet at home.I've never even tried Tapatalk. Never saw the appeal
