Dead Instrument panel, climate control and radio HELP

So it all started when I realized my driver side floor was flooded cause the freaking water evacuation tube from the sunroof disconnected.

I disconnected the battery, removed the driver and rear seats, disconnected the waterfall console and opened everything to let the carpets dry for a couple days.
When everything was fine, I put everything back together, connected the battery and started the car to realize that nothing of the instrument panel, climate control or radio works.
The check engine light works and I can sometimes hear the disc changer trying to find a cd but nothing else. The DSTC button doesn't light up either. Everything else works: blinkers, windows, sunroof, fog lights, interior lights...

I didn't check the fuses since I don't really know which one I should look at .. And I feel like a blown fuse wouldn't create all these problems but I'm really not the person with the biggest knowledge when it comes to cars so I might easily be wrong.
I was wondering if someone could tell the problem just by the symptoms and if there could be some easy fixes to try? I don't want to spend a ton of money since I just want to sell it asap.

Sorry if there is a lot of mistakes, english isn't my first language.

Thank you and I wish you all a good day!

Did your passenger side get flooded? It could’ve nuked your CEM. I’d dismantle that and remove it from the car. Clean and grease all connectors and take the fuses all out and hit the ports with contact cleaner (don’t grease fuse ports lol). Reinstall it all and see if that fixes it. Your manual has all the fuse info you need.

Definitely a bad connection in one of the two main CEM connectors. A post revived an old thread just yesterday on this. Usually it's as simple as cycling the latches, or checking the pins.

Disconnect the battery before doing this. The CEM gets power continuously.

I bought a 2011 XC60 the screen is blank, however, it does come on when the back up cam is activated, I have checked all the fuses, I turned the car on and I can see the optics beam on from the screen to the head unit to the floor unit I did notice there was rust under the passenger side unit..but I still haven't figured out why the radio and main screen is not powering up.

If you didn't do this give it a try as I have found sometime things (windows, SRS light on, etc) don't work unless you do. The instructions came from Volvo VIDA.

Disconnect the battery, wait a few minutes, put the ignition key in Position II, reconnect the battery. You will hear relays clicking and a high pitch sound. This is normal. Put the key back to Position 0. See if things are working.
