Does it take a late T5 specific airbag

 

No. Any 3 spoke wheel p2 airbag will fit. For instance these are popular to put in Rs. I have one in my 03 with buttons and an airbag from a 04 S60. The only thing that's important is that the wheel controls and airbag are from the correct era of p2 to match the car it goes into. Controls "chassis" is swappable.

 

Or partial trade for 01-07 mystic silver or black v70/xc70 spoiler
