Hello all,

A month ago I bought used XC60 diesel mild hybrid B4 AWD, mileage is high as it's 230k km, but price was right, it had only one owner, that used it mostly for highways and it was serviced at a dealership and I have the history of what they did (only maintenance basically). Did the VIN check as well and it checks out. Overall great condition outside and inside.

Right away I took it to my brother in law who is a mechanic for timing belt assembly replacement, oil change, all the filters and he told me he noticed oil leaks/sweating on the engine cover and in the back.

He lives far away from my place so he did not have time to investigate further he only send me the pictures that I'm attaching to the post and mentioned that it seems to be coming from turbo and in the back from haldex/differential.
I want to take it to the dealership so they can have a look and repair what's needed but I was wondering if it's a common issue with that car and what eventual cost of repair might be circa and if it's something bad.
Everyday I look underneath it to see if there are any oil spots on the floor, but so far nothing.

Overall the engine runs great, transmission as well, shifts gears perfectly but I noticed that I don't think dealership replaced the oil in the transmission (not sure if it's needed), no errors on diagnostics.
Only other thing I noticed is that when I have passengers in the back (or something more heavy in the trunk) when I let go of the accelerator there is an audible noise coming from the back. It's not loud but to compare it to something it's similar to the sound brakes make when pads need replacement (but they should be fine, were replaced in the dealership by the last owner pads and discs and my mechanic didn't notice that they need replacement), when I brake there is no sound, it's only when I let go of gas pedal.

Would appreciate any feedback on what the issues might be.

Just if anyone is going to have a similar issue. In my case the problem are the seals, both on rear haldex diff and in drain pipe from turbo to engine block. Dealership is going to replace those and will see if the noise is gone, if it's not then haldex needs to be replaced which costs a lot.
Also the seals are cheap but to replace them there is a lot of work that needs to go into it, so it's not a cheap repair anyway.
