The wiring diagram comes separate from VIDA unfortunately, but is viewed from inside VIDA.

The Electrical Wiring Diagram is listed as "Volvo EWD 2014D.iso" and can be downloaded from Roxana's excellent THREAD and download location HERE.
Burn the thing to disc, and it can be used as a stand-alone resource, or, it can be added as an installation to VIDA. The wiring diagrams for vehicle selected will then be available within VIDA.
Roxana's thread is the most comprehensive knowledge base on VIDA, and is worth reading all of it. There are answers to virtually every VIDA question within it.

 

Thanks, should download the "Volvo EWD 2014D.iso" file tomorrow and burn it to a DVD. Then I hope it works.
I got Vida to work thanks to Roxana's download instructions.
But I do not understand how to load software for the gearbox something I need to do? Do you have any tips on how to do this?

My transmission parts section is incomplete, and cuts off at the external view of the transmission with part "arrows" pointing at some external bits, but the corresponding parts list identifies only a few of the targets. There are several "dead" parts diagrams on my current installation. I don't recall trying to find transmission service information in my VIDA, but I will explore that the next time I run my VIDA laptop. Roxana once said that she thought that the counterfeit VIDA versions are incomplete, as the original version was on 4 discs for the complete installation.
If someone has a transmission disc, please ring in.
If you identify the year and model you have, someone else may have information about the "depth" of the installation.
