If You Post for a for a Set someone Looking to Go to $1800.00 Alloy's might have a good used Set for You .

The Other Method would be to just Buy the Parts outright / @ / One of Our Parts Vendors . ( It is simple Bolt Up ) Plug and Play Swap !

Yup, minus brake fluid, with EBC zinc coated 320mm dimpled slotted rotors, HP-S pads, SS brake lines, 320mm Volvo Calipers

And no... just here to work for a bit, but that would be Canadian!

Will the 320mm brakes fit my 16" wheels?

I know I'm waaay too late for the party.

But I want to share this info to anybody looking to upgrade to 320mm brakes with 16" wheels.

Today at the junkyard I checked and 320's will fit in 16 inch "Caligo" rims.

And here's proof:

I found some 16" P2 S60 wheels in what I believe are the Eurus style that just BARELY clear, just put them on with 205/55R16 snows and put my 225/45R17 mounted on Sculptors away for the winter.

I popped in some cheap ebay 63.4-65.1 hubcentric rings to deal with the P2's slightly larger center bore, but they otherwise seem to fit just fine. The lug nut/bolt shape are luckily both conical seat between them, so with the hub rings on they bolted right up.

P2 wheels have a different offset, which causes clearance issues and also some handling changes. Hub centerbore is different too so they can shake.

If the clearance is really tight, it can make a mess of things when snow and ice build up. Just how much clearance is there, and where?

Yeah I'm running hubcentric rings to deal with the different centerbore, updated my post. I'm not worried about the difference in offset either, 52mm on the Sculptors vs 49mm on the Eurus, but that narrower 205 section width more than makes up for the ~6mm total increase in track width from the wheels alone; I'll be REALLY surprised if I rub anywhere, particularly at stock P1 AWD "monster truck" ride height.

I'll go take a closer pic of the front brake clearance, hang on...

About a thumb width between the front of the calipers and the spokes, and about a pinkie width between the edge of the calipers and the barrel of the wheel. It's snug but not crazy close, I'm not worried about snow buildup.

Does the hub centerbore have relevance in our vehicles? I always thought our wheels get aligned to the hub with the conical lugnuts (lug centric)?

Nevermind, I found my answer.

It doesn't hurt ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ a set of 4 hubrings is only like $10, haha.

No, I knew P1 wheels were lugcentric.

But I didn’t know why to use hubcentric rings when you already have tapered lugnuts which will center the wheel to the hub.

That’s the reason of why I asked that.

Different wheels are different. ie. I had Coventry Whitley wheels on prior to my current TSWs and the Whitley's were made hubcentric and the TSWs needed the hub ring??? Even with the hub ring the TSWs had acorns and the Whitley's had a flat washer seat?
