Hello there ,
on my 23 XC60 recharge ,I have a weird noise coming from under the glove box compartment .
The noise audible all the time .
I removed the plastic cover to locate the noise .
I think it's coming from the airborne Particulate Matter Sensor but hard to tell .
Anyone experience the same thing ?
Thanks

When you say "all the time", like hours after car is locked and not in use? Is it charging?

Not saying there couldn't be an issue, but the Recharge (T8) models have a lot of funky sounds they made, especially when charging. Even if not charging, just entering the car/opening a door while cause relays to click, the battery coolant pump may start to activate and whine, etc.

I know cell videos are often not the best, but maybe see if you can record something that captures the sound decently.

No noise when the car is off .
Only when ON
It's more audible when on electric mode (no engine noise) .
Does it change with fan speed? What if you turn the fans off?

Interesting, I'm really not sure. I don't have an XC60 so I can't comment on it specifically, though I haven't heard anything too weird like that on my V60 Recharge. I'd maybe bring it up at your next service appointment at the dealer. Maybe someone else here will have some insight too. I probably wouldn't worry too much about it, but doesn't sound normal if it's pretty loud.
