Get your cargo cover back to rolling back.
I made repair kit for this well known issue on Volvo P80 platform.
It is metal insert between end trim and cargo cover, really easy to install.

That's pretty cool. Wish I'd had one when I had my 99. Can you make them for P2s? Our XC70 broke and I sourced a new one, but may still have the old unit in the rafters of the garage.
