I think you need 215/45R18 for the V50. I'm thinking of getting the Medusa wheels for my V50-problem is ther are only 2 maufacturers making tires in that size-Dunlop and Birdgestone( as far as I can tell).
According to Tire Rack, Bridgestone Potenza REO50A, Bridgestone Potenza S-02A, Michelin Pilot Sport, Pirelli PZero Rosso Assimetrico and Pirelli Pzero System Direzionale make tires in 215/45/18.
