Up for sale is a 2 bike, bike rack that was only available in Europe sold by Volvo. This was purchased in Germany and brought overseas recently. Has awesome rear tail, blinkers, reverse lights that are connected to the rack and has a Euro License plate holder. I currently have the lights and license plate disconnected as I was going to convert the Euro plug to US spec. All the bolts are still attached to the rack ready to be used.
The rack uses a compression handle to squeeze the 2" ball and has a small adjuster screw on the side to tighten or loosen it. This is much different than US spec which usually has the hitch built in. If you use a Euro spec ball you can keep the bike in the rack and tilt it forward to access the rear hatch. If you do not I don't think it can tilt forward be cause of the design of US ball mounts. Either way, I really liked this because to disconnect it all i did was pop the handle and lift it off the ball.
Comes with 1 Key which locks the bikes and the compression handle. More can be purchased from Thule for a few bucks
