Curious to hear if anyone else has had issues with getting vehicle location, vehicle lock/unlock status from Volvo OnCall. Modem itself in the car is functioning fine (weather/Pandora working), just am being told that the TEM unit is "asleep"
I've already attempted their reset fix:
Remove the SIM card from the cargo area on passenger's side under the floor
Turn ignition on.
Tap the top of the screen and select
Settings Select Communications
Select Vehicle modem Internet
Check the box to change the setting from "None" to "Car modem".
Let it search for one minute and then change back to "None".
Reinsert the SIM card Turn off the ignition and lock vehicle.
Wait one minute then try to get into the app. (see if you have an accurate reading in your app)
Literally just picked the car up last night, hoping they can resolve quickly. Thoughts appreciated
