Volvo Cars App Version 5.30 - "Limited Functionality"

My iPhone updated to the newest version of the Volvo Cars app overnight, version 5.30. Now the app says "Limited Functionality" when I login. When I tap on the notice to display more info, it states to allow data sharing via the settings tab on the car's center display. The box is already checked for data sharing with the Volvo on Call app. I never had this probelm until this latest update.

Anyone have this issue? I emailed support. I'm guessing there is a bug in the latest version.

That's what my screen looks like too. I'm certain your box is checked too, just like mine is. Otherwise the prior version wouldn't have had functionality either.

No response from Volvo support. Luckily, the suggestion from another poster to delete the app and reistall worked for me. Funny thing is when I installed the new app version on my iPad, I had no problem.

This morning I tried to use remote start from my iPhone, but it failed. I'm going to try again before I leave work this afternoon.
