I have version 5.29.1 (via Google Play/android) and not having that specific issue. The only suggestion I can make is when you find a working version, keep it there until it stops working.

Ive followed that idea and has kept things consistently working.

I think all it really means is Notifications don't work. I just noticed I have "Alert me if the car is still unlocked after 30 minutes". It doesn't notify me.
I see you have an Android. Need someone with an iPhone and the latest version of the app to check. I can install it in my wife's iPhone.

Your right, none of my notifications work any more. I also think like mrt1321 said, the last time every thing worked properly was version 5.29.1. When I bought the car they all worked. For a wile the electricity to fuel % stopped working but came back. Think it's wrong though. My average speed has always been way low. Drove on the high way 70mph for a half hour, average speed showed 48mph. Around town shows 14mph or so and most of the time I'm doing 40-50. Think it only reads like your last 2 minutes of driving. That's about the speed I am at just before pulling into my driveway. Still trying to figure out what should be in Your Volvo under activity in the diagnostic list.

Same here, on Android, app version 5.32. They stopped working 2-3 weeks ago.

 

IOS user here, no problems with the current version.

Yes, after about 15- 20 minutes if I leave it unlocked.

 

I have android v5.32.0. I also get the "oopsie" ab the bottom of the consent . Up till mid last week my Statistics page was not showing a summary of the usage from the last 7 days. I have the T8 so it is nice to see percentage of what was on electric vs ICE. Last update was Oct 23rd now that I did some digging and it aligns with about when the statistics started working again. I had called them about a week earlier to report it and they had me log out, remove and reinstall, then log back in with no change at that time. My notifications work but most are turned off. My car is in the garage most of the time and when I am at work I lock it from the trunk after removing my laptop bag. Living in a large city I never forget to lock the door when out and about...ever.

 

I was going to try that next. Reinstall.

 

Reinstalling did nothing for me. I think the automatic update fixed it. Things just started working without any intervention on my end. Doesn't hurt for you to try.

 

I have 5.32.1.1-internal...??? I didn't do anything it updated to this last night..

 

Looks like someone pushed out a test version which shouldnt have been released. To be on the safe side I'd turn off auto update @BeachBoy .

I just checked to see what version was listed in the play store and looks like they reverted it back to 5.32.0.

 

Uninstalled. Rebooted. Reinstalled.
I did enable Push notifications, but when the app loaded... it's even worse now. Less notification options.
Showing the silver wagon now and not my car. I know that takes a minute to synch. We'll see what happens after some time.

 

I did all that and more. Deleated app, reinstalled app, deleated phone, reinstalled phone, deleated on call account, reinstalled on call account, factory reset, white line button reset, defroster button reset, 2 different android phones, brought to dealer, dealer did full reinstall of all software, dealer checked transmitter. A big fat NOTHING.

 

Just to confirm: synched up, notification options back, my car shown and notifications are not working. Intentionally left car unlocked, no notification.
No way in hell am I resetting the Sensus. lol
So everything does seem to work it's just the notifications that are broken, I believe.

 

My Volvo app has so far never given me the notifications I have selected. I've checked all permissions, settings, reinstalled, relogged, etc. I know it is capable... Because I actually do get app notifications that the vehicle has a software update available and completed install. That's the only one though. Weird.

 

OK, they put out an update for Android. Version #5.32.2, USA anyways. Notifications under consent still says "OOPS, something went wrong. Try again later." Haven't tested it yet but I don't have high hopes.

 

Just updated, also no change. I do see in the app description "Email us for problems!" So I did and shared this post and explained why I'd like it. Also which phone I have.
Can't believe I am actually asking someone to make their app notify me. LOL

Going to install on wife's iphone tonight and see what happens.

 

OK, 5.32.2 did not solve the notification problem. Still say Opps, something went wrong. Try again later. No notifications what so ever even though they all say enabled.

 

Still no reply to the email I sent. Someone else should try too. *Hint
Forgot to try my wife's iPhone to confirm this is an Android problem.

 

Ya there the ones that told me to try all that other garbage I posted earlier. They are really no help. I bet it has something to do with the same app being used both with the sensus and Google systems. Coding is probably not compatible. Have to wait and see. Hate having to go out side to see when my car is done charging or if it gets interrupted.

 

Installed on wife's iPhone. Eveything works fine. You can tell Siri to lock it or turn the lights on. Can't do that with Google since they broke that integration.

 

Sigh... Gotta love that. Fam hanging out... Wife's iPhone makes a ding. She looks at it... "oh, hey your car is unlocked...".
That's nice. Works on iPhone. Have I finally found a reason to switch? 🤣

 

Tweeted them about it. And will continue to until they at least acknowledge the problem.
"We are aware and working on it" would go a long way.

 

Are there more features on the iPhone's app, maybe I will switch too. LOL The thing is, when I bought the car in August 2022, all the app functions worked. Now a year later, they don't. IF IT'S NOT BROKE, DON'T FIX IT! 🤣
