I recently bought my Volvo 850 T5 for my new daily driver, and in the short time I've been using it I have found a few problems.
Some minor issues are the odometer gear and the dome light switch, which I've heard are not that bad to fix.
Some of the bigger issues I've had to face are the oil leaks, which I'm pretty sure is the PCV system so I'll have to buy a new one of those, however, I was wondering what gaskets and seals might need to be replaced just for my own peace of mind?
Also if someone had some recommendations on an aftermarket PCV system to buy instead of an OEM one would be great.
On top of that, the suspension seems very harsh to me. As I was driving it home from the seller I noticed a speaking noise from the left rear of the car, which I later found out could be the rear shock, as the cover had fallen down. Some dirt or dust might have gotten in there so I was wondering if there could be a fix for that or will I end up having to buy new rear shocks for my car?

Also since I'm here is there anything else I should check for to maintain the car as well as I can.
