Yeah no issues here. As the error message says, the network you are coming from is banned (temporarily). Not much you can do about it, but it usually clears after a short while. Probably due to malicious activity detected on your (ISP's) network. This has nothing to do with your own network at home by the way.
Edit: or it could be one of the peers your ISP is routing network traffic through; again, outside of your control, PeeringDB

I don't run the website anymore so I can not do anything for you, I passed the website on to someone else who had more time to run it and help using the forum built into the site. This one isn't really active anymore. I will say some ASNs will become blocked due to malicious activities, but as long as it's not a datacenter it will normally drop off after a few hours or a day...

It's the offline software for use with the DiCE unit. Its the app that access all the data that was downloaded to the computer when you install from the DVD... All the rest are useless...

Are the MB Quartz speakers any good?

I'm having an issue, I got VIDA and the VM working just fine but my DiCE comes up as a "ft232r" and VIDA nor the DiCE updater can see it. I have passed it through to the VM just fine, I know how to use the VM, but this DiCE just won't get recognized by any of my VMs

I borrowed a friend's who couldn't get it working, and from following that link it's a fake lol. Are there any updated threads/places for highest chance of usable dice?
This is what mine is doing, same as the one in the thread (This isnt my pic) it even has the same yellowed sticker

The issues everyones having are because the Chinese got smart and decided to put an ARM SOC on to a PCB to emulate a connection to VIDA using standard protocol. Long story short without getting too technical. Its using software from a VXDiag and hardware to emulate a dice unit.

You cant get it to communicate by installing VX Diag software...you can tell the difference by looking at the PCB.

The DiCE in your link looks like an ARM SOC version.
They also mention VXDIAG drivers in the description. So it is basically the same as in your second link.
