The wire clips fit into a groove on the shaft keeping the cable end fixed.
Undo those wire clips by gently prying out then up on each looped end, one side then the other.
The clip will hinge up and should stay in place, now you can pull the cable off the shaft.
Repeat for each cable.

The outer cable slides into a U bracket on the trans. You should be able to pry them up but not certain on your model. If nothing else you can take the bolts out that hold the bracket to the trans leaving the cable attached.

The yellow square is the adjustment lock, don't mess with that or you'll be back asking how to adjust them next

The mechanism of the U bracket looks simpler when it’s all cleaned up. Maybe spray the clip with penetrant spray and try to pull it up with a plier?
