It is the air suspension valve solenoid that often gets bound up due to the moisture in the lines. Sometimes corrosion and/or debris will bind the solenoid. You can give it the old love tap and also try to blow out the lines to work loose. I would attempt this first but if that doesn't correct the situation, then a new unit is in order...
Surprised these cars don't have a water trap that is part of regular maintenance to drain. Or a drain for the tanks.
I built my own air suspension and did a better job than Volvo.
right in the center rear of the car near the ERAD. you can see the six air lines running from it pretty easy if you scoot under the car and take a look. #20 in the parts pic below
Youre right the solenoid my problem is like its problem but is there someone who country help me to fix it and maybe a photo to show me where and what to fix and it might be eletrical failur

Suspension Service required
The problem was actually from the wire from the tire and the wire had no power then and here is the picture for people that have the same problem and need help and it is 7 steps where it starts and where it ends.
Has your erad motor or trans been replaced. I seen a lot of people not install new clips on wiring on the control arms and knuckle causing wires to be lose or rattle
No I have not replaced it, it was just the wire that has rotten
