I can't speak for Sensus updates at that particular dealership because my S60 has never been to that dealership. The V50 has had updates performed at that dealership in much shorter periods of time. In any case, an hour is still much shorter than the 2-4 hours that some dealers are saying it takes to actually perform the update.

Has anyone successfully obtained the update in Australia? I have contacted two dealers here in Melbourne Australia, and also Volvo Australia and they all claim that they've heard nothing of it.

I suppose they'll update mine when I go in for a 10K service. I tell you what though. I still don't know how to work any of it. I renewed Sirius ($30 for 6 add'l months) but have no idea about any of the Volvo on-call/senus/do-hickeys.
