Well this has been one heck of a journey.
We should sticky this one.
The rear ABS tone ring is NOT located on the cv joint end like the front is.
Thinking that it was, I ordered a used cv joint axle. It came and I thought where is the tone ring?
I'm looking in Volvo parts websites and E-bay and there are no tone rings on the rear axles. So I called a Volvo dealer and the technician did not know where the tone ring actually was. He sent me to parts dept. Thst man said wait a second I think the tone ring is in the wheel bearing housing. The skies opened an sound the music you know the rest.
I said what?
How come one knows this?
So down another road. But a whole lot shorter. So a couple of hours to replace the bearing with the Plastic casing and tone ring and not pulling the cv axle and putting in a new one.
Thank you all for helping me plod along with the ABS and "anti skid requires service.

I replaced the rear main bearing.
As always 3 out of 4 bolts super easy ;the 4th crazy hard at first. The 4th one is the bottom one near the parking brake. I got a closed end 17mm to loosen about 1/4". The control arm was in the way.
I used a jack from under the shock and surprisingly it moved the control arm enough to get a socket on it.
Removing the bearing took a few good sacks and a pry bar. Home free.putting it back together was a breeze.
I bent the parking brakes little circle spring. And one finally broke.
Can you drivewith I only 1 side parking brake brake. I can remove the big movable piece on the movable end so it wont bang around. I never use it since automatic. Will it through a code or warning?thanks.
I want to drive the car to see if ABS warning goes away.

Going for the zip tie solution. Just going to zip tie the end of the parking brake cable around the non rotating part if the main bearing fir now until the springs arrive to attach the brake shoes. Mcgivered it. Zip ties are like duck tape to me. Keep a can of them at close hand:)

Wow what a relief. Finished. The parking cable some how is stuck.
The passenger rear most be doing the work
Beacause it holds on a hill without moving.
Zip ties worked great holding the parking cable in place and all springs are holding the brake shoes in place.
I drove about 1/4 mi and the ABS turned off and the "anti skid requires service: did as well.
Funny thing is when the ABS checks it self at10 mi/hr the sound a bearly perceptible. Was quite loud before.
I did some accelerating and braking on ice and the little car sliding symbol turned on which shows ABS is working!!
Thanks for everyone's in put on this.

Hey man, did you get this solved? I have the same car as you and problem. My mechanic and multiple online sources including FCPeuro had me convinced my tone ring was in my wheel bearing and now that I’ve already bought the part and am doing the work myself I can clearly see it’s on the CV axle. Can I just replace the tone ring on the axle or I do I need to buy a whole new one? Thanks.
