This is from the '05 owners manual, I suspect that the '04 would be the same.

NO this is wrong, These are MAXIMUM HIGH LOAD PRESSURES.
If you run 38 lbs you will have the roughest ride in existence.
Run between 31 -33 MAX (unless totally loaded up)
Do NOT run 38 lbs or you will be very sorry
