Silly question but still.. has anyone tried TFT speedometer retrofit by changing these settings with P3Tool is there any chance of it getting to life?

 

Nice question. I would like to see a top to buttom retrofit using the P3tool aswell, maybe even with a YouTube video?

I have several things on my to-do list I am planning to to, but I am afraid this will be delayed until autumn or winter as I just do not have the time to take care of it right now :-/

Good afternoon! I have an XC70 D5244T10 with Webasto TT Vevo (upgraded the heater from V to Vevo, the software is official). The release date of the car is June 2010, the model year is 2011. I would like to sort out a couple of parameters related to Webasto: 1. #022 Additional heater/heater powered by fuel. An option is defined in the configuration 0х03 Fuel Fired parking heater, But at the same time, two timers can be set on the dashboard, why is the 0x03 option set in this case, shouldn't there be a 0x04 option - Fuel Fired parking heater with timer and add heater? Or do I misunderstand the value of the 0x04 option? 2. I plan to install ThermoCall TC4 Entry, there are configurations #056 Callstart of parking heater. Now, of course, there is a point 0х01 - Without callstart of parking heater Which of the options corresponds to the launch via ThermoCall: 0x02 - callstart of parking heater, accessory only (via pager) 0x03 - …. (via radio) On the one hand, Telestaet T91 and ThermoCall TC4 differ only in the way they receive the signal, as Webasto assures, and on the other hand, the pager is the same text control via GSM. Can you tell the difference?

 

Hi, did you figure out the differece? I want to start heater from the keyfob and trying to know if p3tool will help me. My car is equipped with fuel fire preheater with timers only. XC70 D5 2011 with Sensus multimedia MY2012?

This is a good find. Recently I changed the tires on my 2016 V60. Manual says I can use 235/40/18 or 235/45/18. The 40 sidewall was on and I chose 45 for the new tires. Speedo is off by 2 MPH at 60 MPH. Dealer says this can't be corrected unless I have changed wheels. Doesn't make sense to me. Is manual wrong? TO me it seems that the tech would plug in wheel size and tire size and update speedo. But they say no. Would this program allow the tire size update?

Might want to confirm with gps, but it's definitely possible to dial in nicely.

 

I changed my Standard Rear view Mirror with an auto dimming one.
I've started decoding my PIN, but I've already noticed the Car Config for the rear mirror is set as "Auto Dimming" when I do the read only with my Dice.

So even if I decode the pin and pay for the tool, the car config is what it should be for this new mirror?? So I can't get it working.

It has a LIN wire, and vida is reporting an unknown LIN device which I assume is the mirror.

Upon reading, the retrofit of this suggests a software pack is needed??

Can the p3tool sort this, or vdash?
