I assume this is 3.4.4? Do you still have the drive mode shortcut if using Apple Car Play?

The drive mode shortcut is at the bottom - the last line of the screen (it's the AAOS).
Apple Car Play or Android Auto is above, so yes you still have the AAOS menu at the bottom.

Ok. So they are playing with it. it's about time. an update for the android app was also issued. Black theme looks nicer.
