I have this 2010 XC60 which does not have a visual display, just a blank space. I want to install a touchscreen device for Spotify, maps and back up camera.

I've been told the Teyes CC3 can do this but no installer will touch it. Several have said it can't be done because of the fiber optic cables. Unfortunately I'm not at all techy!

Has anyone done this? And if it's not compatible, what are my other options to get a basic touchscreen stereo in this car?

Or do I have no options at all, as one stereo guy told me? And I'll be stuck with a Bluetooth dongle and that's it?

Yes the Teyes CC3 is nice, but I opted for one a little bit bigger and purchased the canvas box as well as the plug and play wires. The only one that I couldn’t connect was the center consul control panel, which the canvas box. If you go into settings, you can sync that and mine works great. Navifly 13 inch. I’m

I'm just a guy who was searching the internet for "Teyes CC3 with 13" screen", and somehow I landed in this forum and saw your posts. So, as I see you got this setup on your car, could you share where did you buy this headunit?

I also have some other questions, would love to hace a quick chat. PM me please when you have a free minute (I can't do that as a newcomer on this forum).

Their are many fancy adapters that are available for these Android units to make them work with the Volvo. This is well above the heads of the local installers who are used to soldering together a specialty wiring harness. I would reach out to Teyes support and ask them their thoughts. As long as the hardware behind the dash matches what hardware in their pictures, it should work without too much fuss. I believe you will need Option A but I would recommend pulling apart your dash and taking a look. The solutions leaves the stereo in place and the new unit splices off of of the existing harness with their harness and canbus adapter. No changes to the fiber optic cables.

I bought this unit direct from Seicane. I'm going to attempt to install it with a back up camera today. Mine is the 2011.5, so has the newer style setup, but this system will work in yours. There are a handful of different videos for installing these floating around YouTube. It'll connect via AUX, from what I was told by Seicane support. They've been very good with communicating. Obviously it takes a while for them to reply, as they're in China. Shipping was fairly decent. It came in 2 boxes - one by DHL was here in a week from China that had everything but the actual radio, and the radio came from California via UPS a few days later.
