Isn't the glovebox a few screws and the doors are a few screws and lift right off

 

They put Nordkap in non R's?

 

That's what got me to click on this. Don't think so...
Must be a charcoal 2.5T.

 

I've never actually seen Nordkap in person..I just assumed that's what it was.

The glove box trim is held on with 4 t25 screws, the door panels are harder, need to pop out the pins all along the edge of the door card (8 total?) Then disconnect the window switch / lock connection, the using a needle nose plier pull the 3-5 (did it a while ago, forgot exact amount) metal clips that keep the wood / aluminum trim on.
