I've looked, felt, reached in and absolutely no idea how this coat hook, accessory hanger is installed. I fear I may be missing a part as there is no obvious hook or hanger inside the headliner or from the body to attach this thing too. Trying to take off the opposite side coat hanger is impossible, it is on there TIGHT.
If I install the coat hook with the 2 clips hanging onto the headliner, it just ... hangs, like so:

Any ideas? I have found zero resouces online, videos, or anything from non-stop Googling.
