"headlamp system malfunction" message

2015 V60 3.0 R-D. No problems after a year of ownership, except for a "headlamp system malfunction" message that pops up only above 65 mph. Hit the reset button and it goes away, then keeps coming back at random intervals until speed drops. No obvious problems with the headlights on high or low beam, and the cornering lights work as they should.

Searched this forum and got no relevant answers. Any clues?

Could it be that no one else has had this message pop up?
Actually - yes I had that message in my 2015 xc70 with HID adaptive (turning) headlamps several times earlier this year. Can't say it was related to speed - Scanning the car with VIDA came up with a problem (code) in the right headlamp. Erased the code and message stayed away - for a while. After it appeared again I turned off adaptive (turning) headlamps in the menu and sold the car shortly after - So I can't say what would have been the solution. Researched it enough to think I would need a new headlamp or control module - both are not cheap.

If this message comes up on a car that is under warranty, they replace the relevant headlight module - we had it come up on one of our XC90's .. it actually went away but the code was still within the system and the next time I had it in for service they put a new headlight in

Problem has apparently cured itself. No messages for about 2 weeks [fingers crossed]. This may or may not have anything to do with the fact that I aligned the headlights about then. Simple process using a screwdriver with 6mm socket tip.
Have not yet felt the need to get VIDA/DICE for this vehicle, as it runs pretty much flawlessly. I already have the hardware [cheap copy] that was used to install tunes on a V50. If anyone could point me to a DIY tutorial for getting the software and using it, that would be greatly appreciated.
