and if it comes to it , if i need one ...the one and only " Dougy's style" :D the current purge valve will become the new incoming fuel 3/8 line custom made by me...the current incoming stainless fuel line will become return line...ding ding ding ...for all you turkeys that love to overthink and overspend your money...lol

tuned with Mr. Hilton today ... and right off the bat a higher psi springs were needed in the WG...on this set up 30min to exchange.

an-6 coming in and an-6 leaving right past the ss bendy line that used to be incoming line :D...pretty simple ..good up to 1000psi..pretty useless until i put on FPR on the return line.

came up with a way to bypass a pulsation damper without taking anything apart, thus opening up the return line on a stock setup ... yep "dougy style" :D

Image

Mr. Hilton wants 4 bar at idle...4 bar it is.

Image

Fixed FPR? or are you gonna run a vacuum line all the way back? :)

I'm about to do the same with a 04 T5. Sadly a little more difficult :(
i have a water/meth in tha trunk...it's T-ed of off it...;)

you cant not just slap manual fpr on it...you will need to have the software done as well. :(

under the rear seat bottom cushion going from passenger side to driver side .

Image

first tuning file pulling close to 500aw ...not bad for 200$ JY engine that is NOT ported and on a stock Japanifold exhaust manifold , cause i like it rough. :D

I can't help but sense a lot of condescension in your post. What's with all your 'this is how big boys do it', winky faces and stuff? Are you trying to compare your project to someone?
The size can be quite intimidating at first but just roll with it. Dougy won't hurt you. After a while you start to like it.

^lmao!

Damn dougy! You're on a whole new level now!

nah...it cant compare to anything ..at 2800$ what you see here including engine built. lol

all this hot air and no dyno numbers? What would all of this get me hp wise?
at least you got hot air to look at :D... when im finial tuned then ill take it to dyno... 460- 500 on stock exhaust manifold at the most.

Big ups Dougy! PLEASE for the love of god make some vids on the tube.
thanks...once rolling its good...off the line its a turd .
