I found the diagram. The PEM is under the car. Since I will be moving to a more wet environment, how can I move to the inside?

I have been doing some troubleshooting. I think PEM is bad.

I did some voltage tests and on the fuel pump. Both pumps work when jumping.

Then I found the problem with the PEM going to the positive side to the motor then the negative side back to the PEM.

1. Wire color white is the positive side pin 4 from the PEM is sending 12v that goes to the pin 9 to the motor
2. Wire color white/black negative side pin 5 from the PEM is sending 6v that goes to the pin 10 to the motor

So the PEM is sending two positive voltage to the pump.

Please correct me to say the PEM is BAD due to the negative side sending a positive voltage.

View attachment 60121 I understand what your saying but for a motor you cant have 2 wires sending power it needs a negative.
