Faster BUT Soft on highbeam GONE

Just wanted to confirm that Sensus is noticeably faster after the latest software update in our '18 XC60 T8. Specifically, driver profile change is pretty quick now - this was the my main pet peeve in the past. It seems that climate controls are faster to access as well, when the car boots up. Update (full reload) was performed as part of the scheduled 10K service.
Ok, first time posting.

Took my 2018 XC60 T8 back from dealership a week ago, did the total upgrade (part# 31483292, don't know if this indicate the release version). Sensus is noticeably faster after fully booted up, similar experience to MY 2019 IHU from a service loaner.

Also noticed that the soft on high beam is GONE!!! after this update. The high beam used to illuminate in stages like in this video (I'm in US, the car in the video is not. but my high beam used to turn on exactly like that, we don't have the adaptive feature in US) :

Anyone noticed this ?

Is there a way to tell which version you have and/or when it was last updated?
There is a technical journal documenting this software release, not sure if it's okay to share here. But I think you can tell you are on the newer version by looking at the DIM (instrument cluster/gauges), if you see a yellow turtle (limp mode) when you start the car you should be on the latest version. Also warning icon position changed a little bit when the car is not in a drive state. My rear fog light icon used to be on top and not it moves to the bottom when there is something else taking the screen e.g. door open or charging(T8). And of course if you have PA you should feel the steering wheel vibration when PA disengages by itself.
