I have V70 2002 with D5244T engine, VIDA recommends to use engine oil 0w30 ACEA B4 specification:

I used to use Castrol 0w30 ACEA A3/B3/B4, but now in our region it's not available any more. There's only ACEA C2/C3 or A5/B5 specification oils. It's not easy to find any oil that has needed ACEA specification.
Maybe someone could explain me, is it really so important and why to use ACEA B4 on D5244T (2,3) engines?
