One more thing, no blow off valve either, S60 uses a compressor bypass valve that basically does the same thing but vents back into the intake

 

More or less, I was trying to find the blowoff valve location and hose routing, and where I would be able to hook up a hose for a boost gauge

whereabouts is that compressor bypass valve? and why exactly is it routed back into the intake?

as for the method used instead of a blow off valve - it is done that way as it measures airflow on the outlet to ensure everything is working properly some will claim you can install a B.O.V. but there is no purpose to and you WILL eventually (if not immediately) get a CEL.
