Just kidding. Even after you sell it in future, nobody will find it out.

If you really want to get it out and got some time to kill, first get a picture of it if possible. Use a mirror to take a picture of the inside space right on top of the slider.
If it is there and not stuck, use some steel wire to nudge it back towards the opening.

 

Just think of it as a part of you will forever be with your XC90 until the scrapyard.

 

Can you get some small tweezers in there?

 

Try thin, double-sided tape wrapped on the end of a long, thin plastic shim, and see if you can get the double-stick to adhere to the flat side of the shim, then carefully pull it out.

 

The same thing nearly happened to me with a parking slot exit ticket... got it back 'cause it was too long to completely disappear ... yes, minor design flaw but annoying if it happens to you

 

Have tried everything but have given up. The dash isn't as easy as the V50 [emoji44] Went to the bank and ordered a new card. 'You lost the card sir' no i know where it is but just can't get to it [emoji28]

 

just for the peace of mind (I wouldn't be able to rest until I would get it out)... little stick with a drop of superglue?

 

I could hear it fall deaper so it's propably somewhere in the centertunnel [emoji58]

I can't tell from the pics exactly where your card ended up. If you are thinking of just abandoning it just make sure it can't cause any damage by being next to moving parts or electrical connections.
