That is the correct one yes, but you should of replaced this plastic type (fitted as standard and are prone to splitting on there joints) and fitted the older metal type..Also make sure you fit 2 Orings instead of the usual 1.

 

That is the correct part and the updated pickup tube that does not allow sludge to get trapped around the screen, causing oil starvation issues.

Hope you also picked up some anerobic sealer and an oil pan o-ring kit.

 

I bought the Volvo sealer and o ring kit! Don't think I have two o rings for the pick up tho. I plan on popping off the valve cover to clean it out and inspection do I need anything besides the sealer and plug o rings for that?

A single o-ring is used for the pickup tube, two o-rings are used near the right side engine mount. Pulling the valve cover for S&G's is pointless and should be avoided unless you have a specific issue. Yes the came gears need to be locked.

 

Does anyone happen to have a diagram on where the o rings go this way I know it's done right!
