If don't know the purpose of relays in the CEM, you probably should not have taken it apart.

What are you trying to accomplish?

 

Thank you for Your answer. The photo shows the module with my car. The new module can be bought for 1000 euros. New relay can be bought for 4 euros, and this relay I refused, it is activated (relay clicks), but high beam headlights sometimes not included.
I have little desire to buy a new module because refused relays.

 

Probably trying to self repair the CEM. If there one knew of the purpose for each, the part can easily be replaced.

Yes, this is a problem. This information could not be found on the European and Russian forums. There is hope for the American forum. Volvo is no need to have the schema of the module CEM.
This module is manufactured and delivered to Volvo firm DELPHI.

 

Contact xemodex. They rebuild them.

OK! Volvo@Delphi know how to keep secrets. The only way is to try to identify the purpose of the relay using a tester. Probably I'll be the first one who will do it)

Relay Solution to CEM



I am curious to know what your solution was to the CEM / Relay problem. I can resolder relays on boards but i am not much interested in buying a reman CEM. It takes way to long.

 

Could someone identify relays please? My my2006 V70 high beam stopped working and I found the problem is in CEM.

Need to keep car in driving and buy relays beforehand.

did you solve the problem, i have same issue on my 2007 xc90. There is no problem with whole car but high beams not working

 

Interested in CEM relays diagram as well.

 

As i know there is the relays clearly mentioned on diagram?
Did you check fuses on? 22, 23, F16
