What in the heck are you guys talking about? The hood is Al the rest is steel and plastic. Not 100% on the trunk lid but I think it's steel also. If you want to know for sure just stick a magnet on the panels.

Chassis is steel but front and rear subframes are Al.

 

Hood is aluminum, the subframes are an aluminum mixture, the chassis is volvo's special boron steel, and the trunk is steel with a fiberglass back thingy, the bumper support in the front is also aluminum.
