I don't think Polestar optimization is available on the B5 powertrain yet so I'd have the salesman double check.

 

Your dealer is lying to you, there is no optimization for B5, you can check for yourself

You are shocked that a car dealer is BSing?! Lol. Do this - ask him to do the polestar tune and then you will come and test drive and you will buy it if you like the car then. See what he will say.

 

There is a Polestar upgrade available for the new B5/B6 petrol and the B5 diesel engines here in Europe.

 

It was also available in the EU for the 2018 and 2019 T8 but never on the US market
Available on the US market only from MY2020

In Germany, Austria, Spain it is only available for B5 Diesel and T8

Available in some countries, not across the EU

Thanks guys - dealer now admits that Polestar is not an option for B5....

 

I wanted the Polestar addition when I ordered my 2022 B5 but was told it was not an option in the USA.
