Portland, Oregon

Rare opportunity to buy an all wheel drive C30 with M66 manual transmission, Dynaudio, 2.0 body styling, keyless drive, and plenty of new parts and upgrades.

Mechanical rehab from building this car includes new timing belt, water pump, tensioners, manifold gaskets, PCV system, uprated EU clutch and flywheel, new front axles, plugs, alternator, battery and more.

Car is still factory tuned but is ready to ECU tune higher. Do88 intake and intercooler, 70mm throttle body, full 2.5 SS exhaust, MAC turbo control valve, larger brakes.

I have put about 6,000 miles on the car since motor build and conversion with gen3 haldex and a noticeable lift. No check engine lights and no drivability issues.

Message me with questions, most details can be found in the build thread found here
Clearly this car is best intended to go to another enthusiast and I can offer up a bunch of spare parts to go with it.

Only marks against it for its mileage are the seats showing wear and the auto leveling headlights not enabled because of the lift.
Selling it because you only get to own so many cars in a lifetime and I don't have space to keep them all. It is ready to drive cross country to its new home if desired.

Worth every penny. I've loved watching this car's journey. Best of luck on a speedy sale! @TheXC30 you should be incredibly proud of your work here.

Watching and curious as to final sale price.
Good luck

This car is so neat! GLWS. Would be a pretty cool Cars and Bids candidate!
Why? LOL so the car can be stolen from him for 1/2 the price? Look what just happened to last Volvo on the page.

some cars just don’t do good on auctions, Volvo is one of them.

if there is limited interest with people that really love Volvo and C30 like this forum why do you think strangers would bid to buy it for what its worth?

There have been some solid sales on C&B and one can set a reserve price. I only mention the auctions as it allows the car to have more eyes on it. It's quirky and specialized and I fully believe that the C&B community would love to see it!

People don’t really go after cars with reserves unless really really interested. At this price point the fee that the buyer will pay to C&B would make it even less attractive.

if you are selling 1/50 Lamborghini’s yes go crazy on an action. Not for a Volvo that’s listed for 14,5 just my opinion

hello! Briefly looked through your project posts, are there any unresolved issues with the car? Did you figure out the issue with the squealing coming from the engine? Do you know what kind of power it makes/can it still do normal and Premium fuel? Is the ride height adjustable? Does the lift equal more suspension travel? Very curious, potentially interested. One twist, I’m stationed in Japan so I’d be looking to ship to Colorado and have family keep it for me.

Squealing while cold turned out to be very low refrigerant in the AC system.
Car is still at the factory 227hp, feels a little slower than most T5s due to the bigger heavy tires.
Total suspension travel is identical to an AWD V50 as I did not put longer shocks than OEM (AWD length).
Ride height is static using OE volvo parts for all but 20mm of spacers up front.
