I can't give you the part numbers (a Volvo dealer should be able to though), but all you need are some neo wedge T3 and T4 bulbs. The stereo uses 10 T3 bulbs, the climate controls use 6 T4 bulbs, and the option buttons at the bottom use T3. It looks like you need 3 T3s and 1 T4, but I'd recommend changing them all out while you're at it. The bulbs will have colored covers on them that you can transfer over to the new ones. Just work them off gently from the bottom and be careful not to tear them.

Alternatively you can buy LED replacements. I tried them but they were way too bright and didn't match the color of the other lights. If you go that route eBay is an option, but no guarantees on how long they'll last. Personally I've had terrific luck with superbrightleds.com

I'm having trouble finding it now, but IIRC there is a compatible Honda light bulb that is almost direct replacement at much le$$.
