I did a quick look today, the part number is correct. What I did see but forgot is that the camera plug is directly connected to the headliner loom. The small loom only adds the extra connector for the heater of the camera (which is in the windschield).

Have you the part number of the harness which go from the A pillar driver side to the roof ? I Think the camera plug is here.

when you add the camera to the car, does it appear to Vdash directly ? Or it need to be linked to the car to appear ?

Cheers everyone. I have done everything step by step retrofitting xenon on my S60 MY2014. BUT. It continue getting these errors. I have checked every cable, so i am sure, that it isn`t some damaged one. I have wiring for manual leveling system so like the author of this treat, make them look OE, i don`t made extra cable (PIN 12) behind every headlight, just use it that one to get it to chasse. Checked connectors too. Strange thing is when i start the car, headlights fire up and moved for short time up/down, but it shorter than normal operating Bi-Xenons. About Front/Rear Axle level sensors, when calibrate them with VIDA it write me that they are OK. Also tried to activate Cornering lights (i have it in headlights) but they also don`t work :( I don`t have FSM, but it should me get another errors, not these. If anyone have it same problem or suggestion would be glad to hear it.

Yes i know the scheme, i have done grounding but from this scheme. I don`t know is it crucial lenght of the cable. I mean i have wiring up to the CEM, and just made grounding there.

Strange, are you sure that the cable you did is ok ? (no too much impedance / resistance between headlight and CEM)

Left headlamp problem CEM-B103C87

Maybe headlight controle was defect

Problem solved! Thanks to this conversation, made me to look electric diagrams from another perspective, and i saw my mistake. On Manual length adjustment scheme pos 12 is has to be 8, and 8 is 12. So now they work. Even Cornering lights works. Only the problem with front axle sensor stays but i`ll check what is going on there.

Hey, I saw that you mentioned that you retrofitted ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control) and Lane keep assist to your car. How did you go about this? I have a 2015 S60 without the front face camera besides city safety cameras. I am wanting to retrofit the ACC mainly and wanted to retrofit my halogens to HID headlights as well. I was wondering what steps you used to do this ACC retrofit. I saw that there is a wiring harness that is present but not in use near the passenger side headlight and was wondering if that was the female connector for the ACC? I also plan on retrofitting BLIS onto my car as well.

By the time you’ve bought all the necessary parts and paid for the software to activate them all you will be well on the way to spending the price of a car with all those features already installed.

True but I found all the parts for relatively cheap and I like projects like this. Plus mine only has 50k on it so I'm willing to go about the tasks. I've stripped cars to their shells and rebuilt them with new model-year equipment. 2006 Saab 9-3 Aero was stripped and I installed all the components from a donor 2008 9-3 aero. I have VIDA software as well.

Now i get everything work like a charm, and very pleased with Auto Headlight Beam. To be honest now night driving is very cool. Now i need to change windshield, does someone has correct number for MY 2014 or later, because Vida only give me numbers for windscreens w/o FSM.
Problem solved: correct number is 31383973 (31383974 is with heating)

if I don’t have the bigger camera in the middle, does that mean that auto high beam won’t work ? And if so will I get an error or warning ⚠ light on the dash ? Also can I use them
With out the auto high beam on off. I’m going to attempt this retro fit on my basic 2014 S60. I already bought the headlights US version non of that fancy active high beam stuff. Any help will
Be appreciated. Thanks.

Not 100% sure but one of the programming choices for the headlight type or high beam type in VDASH might be correct for your intended use.

Hey, I am about to purchase Xenon headlights and was wondering if they will work plug and play without programming or will some programming be needed. I'm okay with running with errors for now until i get more time to complete the rest (Last semester of nursing school has my time consumed) I have had adaptive Xenon headlights on my last 3 cars and when I got this one it was halogen and its not pretty compared to Xenon. I just want the appearance and lighting output of Xenon for now. 😂

Programming and additional hardware (level sensors on the suspension) required
