In that case where do I get one of these?

I already have Winter Mats and Carpeted Mats, I also have Volvo On Call for 4 years because it's a 2018.

I might get the wood key for both key fobs, not the glossy one, the Black Key fob is kind of plain. Mud flaps for sure. Cargo cover in my Q7 always stayed in my garage so I'll skip that. Sunglasses holder sounds like a decent accessory too.

I think you have to be a recent buyer, but maybe not. I went to the Volvo USA site and entered the Chat session under "Contact Us" on the bottom. No one was available to chat but it gave the option to leave a message. I simply wrote I just purchased a XC90 T8 (I gave the VIN for verification) and I heard new owners receive coupons for accessories, do you know how I can get one. An hour later I had one sent to my e-mail address.
What kind of trunk mat do you have? The 3 piece one that i got with my car drove me crazy and I'm very happy with the reversible carpeted one.

I'm surprised at all the negative reviews on the 3-piece OEM trunk mat. I have it and love it - it's the only one I know of that lets me use it with the 3rd row up or down. Just the right amount of texture/grip to load items and have them stay put too.

I know from my experience that it was a pain to try to slide things in and out without them coming apart all of the time. Same thing when I want to access the compartments underneath. Of course your mileage may vary..... note that I have a T5 so there is no issue wrt to the third row.

Same experience here.

I don't mind it, but I wish the pieces locked together somehow

Agree.

The Oem trunk mat is a must considering all the nasty crap that the kids sports gear/bikes brings into the interior. It also washes right off vs the carpeted one that does not.

You might consider getting the 5mm thick aluminum skid plate for under the vehicle. If you get it from your local dealer, there will be no shipping fees for this rather large object.

EDIT: But keep in mind that the intial installation of this item does require a specialty tool so it is likely the labor costs might discourage your investment.

If my vehicle came with a plate like that, it would be the first thing I'd remove! (Indeed I've already done that on my truck, it gets in the way when doing maintenance)

Yeah makes it easier to get to all the broken stuff when you run over something in the road

Yup, I emailed them a few hours ago and I just got my coupon as well. Thanks!

Great suggestions and conversation, I am glad I was able to help a few others get this coupon, I followed the advice of someone on this forum to get mine as well.

I am still learning the car, but we absolutely love it so far!!!

Had not received such a coupon.

I also did as suggested:
- Went to Volvo USA website
- Help & Support
- Chat...
- Got connected to "Joseph"
- Explained I have heard about the coupon, provided my VIN
- The CS rep said he will email the coupon after we complete the chat

5 Minutes later: Coupon!

I don't know what to buy either. I already have the floor mats front and back, may get mud flaps. Wifey doesn't want Polestar, but maybe I should get it anyway :D

They Do!

I have been badmouthing the 3-piece cargo mat, but no more. Just figured out today that you can snap the 3 pieces together and then it actually fits the way it was intended!

Just look at the 2 add on pieces and orient the piece so that the "sloping" side (look at the little whojiggers on the left and right edge) is toward the main piece. Then just overlap the main piece over the add-on piece so the 2 channels are on top of each other, and push down along the whole edge and it'll snap together!!

So is the reversible textile/rubber mat as good as the vinyl one on gripping? I am getting it on XC60.

I was just about to reply with this. For those who don't know, they DO lock together. It's not a super-tight lock, and easily comes apart to stack on the back section if you use the 3rd row, but it's strong enough that I've never had them accidentally come unlocked. It also makes it a seamless mat with no gaps for dirt to fall through.
