Butt is sagging... Looks like they may need to recalibrate it or something, but that is definitely not right. At least mine doesn't look like that when I use that feature.

Definitely not normal IMO! Never seen mine like that.

Car feels wobbly now too over bumps. Not sure if I am going crazy or not, but definitely feels off. Also, ride height is uneven when car is on as well. Anybody else run into this after suspension replacement?

I don't have air but if your dealer continues to suck/not address an obvious issue, contact Volvo corporate. In the mean time, Volvo Huntington is my dealer and their service department is good. Smithtown is closer to you I guess but I can't vouch for them.

Huntington always gives you a Volvo. I never got another XC90 but I've gotten an S60 and XC60 (I'm not picky) though the S60 had less miles on it than my truck!

Eagle Volvo is telling me my car is in "highway mode" and that's why back is sitting lower... makes it more aerodynamic (?). Anybody know what these nuts are taking about? Wouldn't the car be more aerodynamic if the front was lower? And does highway mode even exist?

There is no "highway mode". Perhaps they mean eco mode, where it lowers the vehicle for better mpg. But that lowers the whole car, not just the a*s like in your photo. What a ridiculous answer to give you and pretend it is ok quite frankly.

Perhaps they're talking about the fact that the car lowers at highway speeds (regardless of driving mode) to increase fuel economy. Either way, it shouldn't look like this when parked. I have easy entry/exit enabled on mine and it's perfectly level every time.

Does it? I have been under the belief that in comfort it remains at the same height, irregardless of speed.

So the dealer is stating that your car is in this so called "highway mode" sitting in your driveway?!?! That response would had gotten me pretty upset if I were at my second dealership for a resolution.

The air suspension when it raises seems to adjust in increments raising the front, rear, front, then rear again. Something seems to be going wrong in yours where it's not raising the rear completely to be level with the front.

Do either of your dealerships have a new one on their lot with air suspension to show them that others will lower to a even level? Also does the suspension level out in any of the drive modes on yours when on?

I am upset. Calling Volvo Custome care tomorrow and lighting them up. Have his voice mail from them basically lying to me about "highway mode". I've given up on eagle Volvo. I'm moving on and never looking back. Hopefully I have better luck at the next dealer.

It looks like the tail has been lowered for loading and is not going back up, I wonder if there could be a problem with the switch in the back. Does it lower and raise when prompted by the rear switch? I can't imagine it actually lowering more than that. You definitely need to see another dealership for a better diagnosis and leave scathing reviews everywhere you can for Eagle Volvo for giving you a line of crap and not helping. Please keep us posted.

The one thing I have never understood... why do dealership service department insist on lying? I mean, if they diagnose the problem, even if it's a warranty repair, it'll be reimbursed by Volvo. So why won't they do the work? Sigh.

Have An appointment on Monday. Will update when they complete the work. In the mean time, my B&W sound system is f'd up now too. They must have botched the install of the new audio module...
