Saw I had fluid seeping, took it over to Zen, it is seeping from the middle so it will require a teardown to fix.
Called Southbay Volvo to see if they could do anything to help. Long story short the General Manager hung up on me.
I am so happy I bought a Volvo
Does anyone have that good contact to VCNA? 'Some' fluid seeping is fine. If it's dripping out on the driveway (which is rare) I'd worry.

Well technically they shouldnt be leaking from the halves at all so it should be taken care of. Thats pathetic that they hung up on you. If your car is still under warranty it should be taken care of free of charge. There is even a TNN regarding filing the edge of the right half to limit the collection of spraying gear oil against the halves including an updated sealant.

Re: Yet another Angle Gear issue (ForceFed Motorsports)

I guess the General Manager did not like it when I said I had asked them to check my Angle Gear every single time I brought it in, and they clearly didn't do so. I also had oil leaking from the plug. I told him that they did not replace the washer. If I did not have a long history of these types of mistakes I would not have stated this, but I have no doubt they did not do as they stated.
I would like to take this up with VCNA. I am not very confident they will step up, but at the very least I would like to share my experience with their dealer network. I realize it is not their problem, but I believe it needs to be. They represent Volvo (poorly I might add)

Customer care is what you would need to contact if your unhappy about the dealers service. Otherwise i would recommend taking the car to another dealer and have it addressed. Shoudnt take more than a few hours to do the angle gear rebuild.

If the dealer keeps giving you crap, file a complaint with the BBB against them. That usually gets their attention.
