I haven't had the chance to try it yet on my car, since the light hasn't yet come on, but I heard from another tech that you do this:

key off
hold trip reset button
key on to position 2
keep holding reset button for 10-12 seconds
service light will flash
release button
done.

Any idea if that works too?
