2010 XC60 T6 AWD at 95K miles

Normal drive about until it wasn't. Noticed slight engine vibration while on the highway, then power started to lag. Exited to street driving. No dash alerts or messages, as engine seemed to struggle for full power. Then while waiting at a traffic signal, a violent shake, and the engine died as a puff of white smoke crept out from under the hood.

After a towed ride home, we found one melted ignition coil under the engine cover. For the repair, all six ignition coils and spark plugs were replaced with Volvo parts, restoring everything back to normal.

That's a great sentence; I totally envisioned the situation.
Anyways, sounds expensive. Had to be over $1000
