You have two choices: a sat receiver with a direct connection to the HU using an adapter like the iMIV (or MII if you do not ever want to hook up an iPod) or a sat radio with an FM modulator. The former will have the best sound (cd quality), the latter is the least expensive route.
The HU-650's (most of '05 and beyond) have a discrete SAT channel through which the oem sat radio can be controlled by the HU. This is not possible with the iMIV or an FM modulator--the sat radio receiver/controller must be mounted or stashed near you.
