For those interested the XC60 is in this month's Consumer Reports. It appears they like it but marked it down for mileage and handling. The Audi Q5 rated higher mainly due to handling but seemed to get a pass on the premium fuel.
John

Re: XC60 in Consumer Reports (wmfamily)

Consumer reports is great for reliability data or possibly pricing, but nothing else. I saw a comparo in either Motor Trend or Automobile (can't recall which) where the the XC60 surpassed the Q5 in almost all categories, with the exception of interior. No beating Audi there. It came in second overall behind the X3 (sure it did ) in the comparo.

Kind of suprised that another vehicle beat the XC60, the way they were raving about it...

Re: XC60 in Consumer Reports (V70 Brad)

I agree Brad. When they claimed the X3 the winner after complimenting the XC60 and ragging on the bimmer a bit, I was surprised. Just blowing more smoke up bimmers bum.
