I found Conti LX in both sizes and below are the comparisons<p>Both have 6 '' side wall<br>Both have 14.5 radius<br>Both have 29 diameter<p>The only difference is Circumfence<p>235/65/17 is 91.3 and the <br>255/60/17 is 91.2<p>Seems to me that the 255 would have little effect on the car yet have a wider stance.<p>Any comments.<p>

I did the size upgrade with the GoodYear Triple tred. <p>Just want to say I LOVE them. Car feels more connected, no rubbing, no loss in mileage, no regrets. Have 20,000 miles on them now, and still look like new. Much better tread life.<p>Revs per mile were the same.<p>Don't think twice.

The R models run 255, so you won't be rubbing. And you've done your plus 1 calculation right, the .1" difference will not be noticeable to change camber and so forth.<p>I cannot comment on fuel, but Legend says none.
