Very much agree with this approach. Thanks mate!

Dealer sent me back an email with pictures and stated:

You will not be charged from Volvo for the repairs that have been made by us “

As an attorney, this won’t get me very far but I think it’s enough to satisfy Volvo Financial if it does become an issue at lease turn in.
I would recommend that you give them one more chance to do the work properly. Outline all the issues you noticed, what your expectations are, and get the service manager (and GM if necessary) to agree that this is what they are going to do.

If you gave them two chances and they still didn't get it right, then you've done all you can. I would recommend that that you also reach out to Volvo to apprise them of the situation. That way you have something on file in case you are hassled about the paint when you trade it in.
