So I found this "gem" and we went ahead with a purchase. I didn't know that this generation R came in Nautic blue. Anyhow, here is our specimen. I will track progress as we bring it back to life (hopefully).<p><IMG SRC="http://i619.photobucket.com/albums/tt272/jmc556/mvc-006.jpg" BORDER="0"><br><IMG SRC="http://i619.photobucket.com/albums/tt272/jmc556/mvc-005.jpg" BORDER="0"><br><IMG SRC="http://i619.photobucket.com/albums/tt272/jmc556/mvc-007.jpg" BORDER="0"><br><IMG SRC="http://i619.photobucket.com/albums/tt272/jmc556/mvc-008.jpg" BORDER="0"><br><IMG SRC="http://i619.photobucket.com/albums/tt272/jmc556/mvc-009.jpg" BORDER="0"><br><IMG SRC="http://i619.photobucket.com/albums/tt272/jmc556/mvc-011.jpg" BORDER="0"><br><IMG SRC="http://i619.photobucket.com/albums/tt272/jmc556/mvc-004.jpg" BORDER="0"><br><IMG SRC="http://i619.photobucket.com/albums/tt272/jmc556/mvc-003.jpg" BORDER="0"><br><IMG SRC="http://i619.photobucket.com/albums/tt272/jmc556/mvc-002.jpg" BORDER="0"><br><IMG SRC="http://i619.photobucket.com/albums/tt272/jmc556/mvc-001.jpg" BORDER="0"><br>

That's awesome man, I wish I had the time/money/expertise to do something like that, I think that would be a blast.

Chain the chassis to a tree. Leave beer and playboy magazines nearby. I don't think it's Canadian actually. I ran the carfax on it. It was sold new in Southboro, MA and was there for a little while, then off to California, then to PA and then to NJ where it finally suffered it's untimely demise.<p>Carfax could be wrong I guess, but it is clearly dated, etc. It was a two owner car too for what it's worth.

Anything is possible.<br>Perhaps it was special ordered thru OSD, Nautic Blue was NOT a US color.<br>Just like the 04R's, you could get Cosmos blue everywhere else but here
